In September 2022, Omar Rudberg made his debut at Milan Fashion Week Womenswear Spring/Summer 2023, attending several high-profile shows as a front-row guest.

• Emporio Armani (September 22, 2022): He was seated on the front row for the Emporio Armani presentation alongside other international fashion figures.
• HUGO BOSS (September 22, 2022): Later that day, he attended the Hugo Boss show, posing at the official photocall.
• Philipp Plein (September 2022): He was also photographed attending the Philipp Plein show during his time in Milan.
• MSGM (September 25, 2022): Omar concluded his fashion week circuit with a front-row appearance at the MSGM show.
