In September 2021, Omar was a lead face for the Zalando Pre-owned "Drama-Free" campaign, celebrating the one-year anniversary of Zalando's secondhand category.

Zalando Rising Star Award 2021
Following the massive success of Young Royals, Omar was also nominated for the Zalando Rising Star Award at the 2021 Stockholm International Film Festival.

Netflix star Omar Rudberg on the new secondhand collaboration with Zalando
With 1.3 million followers, you set your own limits. King meets superstar Omar Rudberg, currently the handsome face of Zalando's vintage concept.
Fashion giant Zalando is celebrating one year with its pre-owned department, which enables people to find unique garments and gadgets, as well as hand in their existing clothes through a seamless digital experience on Zalando's website.
The campaign is fronted by artist and actor Omar Rudberg from the boy band FO&O and most recently the hit series Young Royals on Netflix. The 22-year-old was born in Venezuela, but grew up in Kungsbacka and is already a powerhouse with his 1.3 million followers on Instagram. To encourage others to donate their clothes, Omar Rudberg has donated his Young Royals garments to Zalando for others to buy.
Maybe not a Pulitzer-winning interview, but King still had a nice chat with the young star where we started by asking how he would describe his own style.
– Playful . I like to experiment and take risks when it comes to outfits. It can be stylish and clean one day to way too many colors and patterns the next day. My style is very dependent on what mood I'm in. I like to live in soft clothes 24/7, but also to be dressed to go to a gala even if I'm not going to do anything special.
Which of the Young Royals garments was the hardest to give up to Zalando?
– It must be the cap or the sunglasses. I used them a lot, but it was time for someone else to wear them.
What is your own best vintage find?
– A pair of really nice pants I bought in a vintage store in LA!
What is your favorite piece of clothing in your wardrobe?
– I probably can't choose just one piece… I'm living in soft clothes right now. But yes, I have a pair of pants that I'm dying for. They're so damn stylish and I can't wait to wear them on a good occasion in the future!
How has your life changed since Young Royals ?
– It has changed in so many ways, and only for the better. I was pretty lost for a while before I got the opportunity to be on the show. Now a lot of doors have opened. I feel like I've found the right one and I'm so incredibly grateful for that.
What is the most expensive thing you have treated yourself to since your breakthrough?
– If not travel, then a pair of Dior sunglasses that will forever be my baby.
What else do you have planned for the future?
– I'm working a lot in the studio right now and writing a lot of music. Hopefully I'll have another album ready soon! I can't wait to release new music and go on tour!
One more thing, how do you get hair as good as yours?
– Haha, thanks! You have to have a mother with even better hair, so you at least get half of what she has! Otherwise, it's curl cream and then just learning how often you have to wash your hair and not.
