Omar competed in the first heat of Sweden's national selection for Eurovision on February 5, 2022.

After months of anticipation, production for the second season of the global Netflix hit officially resumed in Stockholm. 

• Filming Start: The cast confirmed that filming for Season 2 began on February 24, 2022.
• Cast Reunion: On February 25, 2022, Netflix and the cast released a teaser video from the set at Hillerska, welcoming fans back to the series.
