During mid-August 2026, Omar Rudberg spent a weekend in Gothenburg attending the massive, sold-out Way Out West festival alongside his friends.

While he wasn't officially performing on the Slottsskogen stage for that specific festival, his presence with his social circle became a major highlight for fans online:

• The Festival Hangout (August 14–15): Rudberg traveled to Gothenburg to catch performances by headliners like Gorillaz and The Cure. He spent the weekend relaxing, watching live sets, and exploring the festival grounds with a close group of friends.
• "Photo Dumps" & Social Media: Around August 16, Rudberg and fan community accounts posted a series of festival "photo dumps" titled "Way Out West with Friends". The images showed him posing backstage, hanging out in VIP areas, and enjoying the sunny festival atmosphere.
