• Announcement & Filming (Feb–May 2022): Netflix officially announced the start of production on February 24, 2022, with a teaser video featuring the cast. Filming wrapped in May 2022.
• First Look (June/July 2022): The first official production stills were released on June 30, teasing themes of "friendship, secrets, and revenge". On July 1, the one-year anniversary of Season 1, Netflix confirmed the November release month.
• Opening Scene Sneak Peek (Sept 30, 2022): Netflix released the first four minutes of the season as a special teaser, showing Prince Wilhelm's return to Hillerska after winter break.
• Official Trailer (Oct 18, 2022): The full-length trailer debuted exactly two weeks before the premiere, highlighting the "romance to revenge" shift in the storyline.
