Short summary:

🌎 The meaning behind the title

Omar specifically connected “Malandro” to his Venezuelan heritage, explaining that the word is commonly used there for someone who can be dangerous or untrustworthy. Rather than trying to imitate another Latin artist, Omar said he wanted the song to allow this part of his own identity and musical influences to come through naturally.
