🌎 The story behind the EP
The EP was also an important international step for Omar. It followed the 2024 singles “Red Light,” “Talk / Bye Bye,” and “Sabotage,” and was released just days before his first major international tour began in London on October 21. The tour included European and U.S. dates.
Omar later told PAPER that “Sabotage” almost didn't make the EP because he initially felt it stood out too much from the other songs. He ultimately included it and chose it as the closing song of his live show.
